2. Booking and Payment
Booking Process: To book a session, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and phone number.
Payment: The cost of the one-on-one session is ₹999/-, payable at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your payment details.
Free eBook: Upon completing the session, you will receive a free copy of the eBook "Don't Make a Costly Mistake: Read This Book Before Pursuing Your MBBS Abroad!" valued at ₹499/-.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy: Once payment is made, session cancellations are not allowed. However, you may reschedule your session one time, provided you do so at least 24 hours before your online session. If you fail to attend the booking session or rescheduled session, your booking will be forfeited.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your online session begins.
Refund Policy: Refund will not be entertained once the payment is made.
